リブラささしま メディカルクリニックでは、新型コロナウィルスPCR検査及び抗体検査を実施しております（実費診療）
また、海外渡航及び出張等のための証明書が必要な方のために、PCR検査および証明書の発行も行っております。検査結果及び陰性証明書は当日発行可能です。
【当クリニックで検査対象となる方】
１）現在 (2週間以内) 、発熱や咳などの風邪症状、新型コロナウィルスを疑わせる症状の無い方
２）渡航を予定している方や職業上の理由で現在、感染の可能性がないことを証明する必要がある方
３）上記の検査方法、目的に同意をいただいた18歳以上の方（18才未満の方は保護者の同意が必要です）
４）PCR検査の目的を承諾され、同意書をいただいた方
検査は完全予約制となります。
海外渡航目的で検査を希望される場合は、事前に渡航国所定の書類、検査や書類の有効期間などをご確認の上、ご予約ください。

COVID-19 PCR Test and Antibody Test
Available Now at the Clinic
We have started offering PCR (nasal swab or saliva) and antibody (blood) tests for those without symptoms. Please be aware that these tests will not be covered by health insurance.
Results will be provided on the same day.
Negative PCR test certificate can also be issued for those who are traveling overseas.
Our PCR test is available for those who meet all of the following conditions;
- Have not shown any common symptoms of COVID-19 (such as a fever above 37.5C or coughing) in the last two weeks.
- Need proof of negative status for international travel or business purposes.
- Over the age of 18 and have consented to the test procedure and purposes stated above.
(Children under 18 must obtain parent consent.) - Have fully understood the purpose of the PCR test and have submitted the consent form provided by the clinic.
PCR and antibody tests require prier appointment. If you plan to take the test for international travel, please check the required documents and test requirements for your destination country before contacting the clinic.
